Pipeline explosion at Takwa Bay

Some suspected vandals have allegedly punctured petroleum pipeline at the Takwa Bay area of Lagos thereby causing a shut down in the lines of fuel distribution. Information is still sketchy. More updates as soon as I can gather more info.
