PHOTOS: A Set Of Conjoined Twin Delivered At UNTH

A set of Conjoined male twin delivered at University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital five days ago through caesarean section. Pictured on the rescucitaire and radiant warmer as the doctors are working round the clock to keep them alive.
thank God they are male cos they have just one nipple each...lol

Their abdomen and thorax are fused. 2D Echo showed that they have separate heart. Abdominal scan also showed that they have different abdominal organs.
May God help them. I pray God bless the family materially so they can afford proper medical attention (surgery) overseas.

    Nawa o ! That's where sonography plays a very significant role in pregnancy . I pity d parents sha. This a lesson 4 us all ! Make sure u go 4 a scan @least @20wks of ur gestation.
